Pack Securely
Place the laser level and all included accessories, calibration certificates, and manuals back into the original protective hardshell case and shipping box.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided return shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our testing facility.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will verify the tool's condition and calibration; once approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days.
